Sicque præfati juratores dicunt quod præfata regina et ceteri proditores prænominati proditiones suas prædictas ut præmittuntur false et proditorie commiserunt et perpetraverunt in dicti domini nostri regis coronæ suæ regiæ et totius regni sui Angliæ contemptum manifestum et derogationem et regalis personæ et corporis dicti domini regis periculum ac in proditorium scandalum, periculum, detrimentum et derogationem exitus et heredum dictorum domini regis et reginæ et contra pacem ejusdem domini regis, &c.

And moreover the aforesaid jurors say that the aforesaid George Boleyn the soldier, Lord Rocheford, Henry Noreys, William Bryerton, Francis Weston, and Marcus Smeton, were so inflamed and inflamed by the carnal love of the said queen that one of them desired and affected the said queen more, and another of them reviled and indignantly they muttered to each other in their hearts, one against the other, suspicious and jealous, &c. Since then, with the same queen, committing and perpetrating at Eltham in the aforesaid county on the last day of December in the twenty-seventh year of the reign of the said lord the king, and on various other days and times before and after, he treacherously contributed, gave, and was lavished. On whose pretext the said queen treacherously aided and strengthened the aforesaid traitors in their said treasons then and there; and the aforesaid queen and the other forenamed traitors adhering to the same queen according to the manner of the aforesaid treacherous vices, viz. afterwards, at Est Grenewich, in the aforesaid county, the death and destruction of the aforesaid lord our king, treacherously against the debt of his legions, they conspired and imagined. Thus the said queen often said and promised that she would marry one of the aforesaid traitors whenever the said lord king happened to depart from this world, affirming that she would never love the lord king himself in her heart. And the same our lord the king aforesaid the most falsified and abrogated crimes, vices, and treasons against him in such a manner as are prescribed committed and perpetrated within a short time now past, by the supreme grace of God interceding, recognizing and weighing within himself such hearty ingratitude and sadness, especially from his said queen and by the consorts who had expended on him malice and adultery by treacherous agency, and also received from the said servants of his chamberlains the most worthy of his royal person, who were nearest to his royal person; And so the aforesaid jurors say that the aforesaid queen and the other aforesaid traitors have falsely and treasonably committed their aforesaid treasons, and perpetrated in our said lord the king a manifest contempt and derogation of the crown of his kingdom and of his whole kingdom of England, and a royal danger to the person and body of the said lord the king, and in treacherous scandal, danger, loss, and derogation of the issue and heir of the said lord king and queen, and against the peace of the same lord king, &c.

Super quo prsedicti Dux [Suffolciæ], Marchio Exoniæ, ac omnes comites et barones antedicti præfato comite Northumbriæ propter subitaneam debilitatem corporis sui tantummodo excepto et absente predicti domini Eocheford pares instanter super eorum fidelitatem et ligeanciam dicto domino regi debitam, per præfatum Senescallum Angliee de veritate inde dicenda onerati et postea per eundem Senescallum Angliæ ab inferiore pare usque ad supremum parium illorum separatim inde examinati. Quilibet eorum per se separatim dicit quod prædictus dominus Rocheford de proditionibus prædictis sibi superius inipositis est culpabilis modo et forma jprout per separalia indictamenta prædicta superius supponitur, &c. Ob quod 'instanter servientes dicti domini regis ad legem ac ipsius regis attornatus juxta debitam legis formam petunt versus eundem dominumRocheford judicium et executionem superinde pro dicto domine rege habendum, &c. Et super hoc, visis ac per curiam hie intellects omnibus et singulis prgemissis, consensurn est quod prsedictus dominus Rocheford ducatur per præfatum constabularium, &c. usque prisonam dicti domini regis infra eandem Turrim. Et deinde per medium civitatis Londoniæ usque ad furcas de Tyburn trahatur et ibidem suspendatur et vivens ad terram prosternatur et interiora sua extra ventrem suum capiantur, ipsoque vivente, comburentur. Whereupon the aforesaid Duke [of Suffolk], the Marquis of Exon, and all the earls and barons of the aforesaid earl of Northumbria, on account of the sudden infirmity of his body, only excepting and in the absence of the aforesaid lord Eocheford, are immediately equal upon their fidelity and allegiance due to the said lord to the king, by the aforesaid seneschal of England of truth from thence it is to be said that they were charged and afterwards separately examined by the same Seneschal of England from the lowest peer to the highest peer of them. Each of them separately says that the aforesaid Lord Rocheford is guilty of the aforesaid treasons charged against him in the manner and form jaccording to the aforesaid separate indictments, &c. Because of this, the servants of the said lord the king at law and the king's attorneys, according to the due form of the law, request against the same lord Rocheford a judgment and execution on behalf of the said lord the king, &c. And upon this, having been seen and understood by the court here by each and every one of them, it is agreed that the aforesaid Lord Rocheford shall be taken by the aforesaid constable, &c. even the prison of the said lord of the king below the same Tower. And then he shall be dragged through the middle of the city of London to the gallows of Tyburn, and there be hanged, and while alive prostrated to the ground, and his entrails taken outside his belly, and while he is still alive, burned. And that his head should be cut off, and that his body should be divided into four parts, and that the head and quarters should be placed where the lord the king wished to assign them, &c.
