Hidden away in the steep sided valley that runs from Park Hall past the Lantern Pike Inn, Park Hall Pool is now, derelict. A place where time has stood still for many years.
In its heyday, in the sixties, many current residents of Hayfield used to visit there during those glorious long hot summers. Fond memories of swimming in the freezing water.
