Before 22 Aug 1637 William Cope 2nd Baronet (age 60) died. On 22 Aug 1637 he was buried at Hanwell, Oxfordshire. His son John Cope 3rd Baronet (age 28) succeeded 3rd Baronet Cope of Hanwell in Oxfordshire.
Around 13 Oct 1638 John Cope 3rd Baronet (age 30) died. His son Anthony Cope 4th Baronet (age 5) succeeded 4th Baronet Cope of Hanwell in Oxfordshire.
In 1652 Anthony Cope 4th Baronet (age 19) and Mary Gerard Lady Cope were married. She by marriage Lady Cope of Hanwell in Oxfordshire. They had four children all of whom appear to have died young. They were first cousins.
