In 1139 Harvey Le Breton 1st Earl of Wiltshire (age 29) was created 1st Earl Wiltshire.
In 1140 Harvey Le Breton 1st Earl of Wiltshire (age 30) negotiated the surrender of Devizes Castle [Map], preventing it from falling into the hands of Robert Normandy 1st Earl Gloucester (age 41). The castle was lost the following year to a mob. Harvey Le Breton 1st Earl of Wiltshire (age 30) and his wife Sybilla left for Britanny. Earl Wiltshire forfeit.

In 1397 William Scrope 1st Earl Wiltshire (age 47) was created 1st Earl Wiltshire. Isabel Russell Countess Wiltshire by marriage Earl Wiltshire.
On 29 Jul 1399 William Scrope 1st Earl Wiltshire (age 49), Henry Green (age 52) and John Bussy were beheaded at Bristol Castle, Gloucestershire [Map]. Earl Wiltshire forfeit.

In 1449 James Butler 1st Earl Wiltshire 5th Earl Ormonde (age 28) was created 1st Earl Wiltshire.
On 01 May 1461 James Butler 1st Earl Wiltshire 5th Earl Ormonde (age 40) was beheaded at Newcastle upon Tyne [Map] having been captured at, or after, the Battle of Towton. His brother John Butler 6th Earl Ormonde (age 39) succeeded 6th Earl Ormonde. Earl Wiltshire forfeit.

He the son of Humphrey Stafford 1st Duke of Buckingham and Anne Neville Duchess Buckingham (age 62). He a great x 2 grandson of King Edward III of England. 
On 08 May 1473 John Stafford 1st Earl Wiltshire (age 45) died. His son Edward Stafford 2nd Earl Wiltshire (age 3) succeeded 2nd Earl Wiltshire.
After 13 Jul 1494 Edward Stafford 2nd Earl Wiltshire (age 24) and Margaret Grey Countess Wiltshire were married. She by marriage Earl Wiltshire. He the son of John Stafford 1st Earl Wiltshire and Constance Green Countess Wiltshire. He a great x 3 grandson of King Edward III of England. 
On 24 Mar 1499 Edward Stafford 2nd Earl Wiltshire (age 28) died at Drayton House, Northamptonshire [Map]. He was buried at St Peter's Church, Lowick [Map]. Earl Wiltshire extinct.

Elizabeth Howard Countess of Wiltshire and Ormonde (age 49) by marriage Earl Wiltshire, Countess Ormonde. His mother (age 75) was the daughter of the last Earl Ormonde Thomas Butler 7th Earl Ormonde.
George Hastings 1st Earl Huntingdon (age 42) was created 1st Earl Huntingdon. Anne Stafford Countess Huntingdon (age 46) by marriage Countess Huntingdon.
Robert Radclyffe 1st Earl of Sussex (age 46) was created 1st Earl of Sussex by King Henry VIII of England and Ireland (age 38). Elizabeth Stafford Countess Sussex 1479-1532 (age 50) by marriage Countess of Sussex.
On 12 Mar 1539 Thomas Boleyn 1st Earl Wiltshire and Ormonde (age 62) died. He was buried at St Peter's Church, Hever. His monument has a brass. He is depicted dressed in full robes wearing the insignia of a Knight of the Garter, with the Badge on his left breast and the Garter around his left knee. His head rests on a helm surmounted by a crest of a falcon displayed (his daughter's heraldic badge) and his feet rest on a griffin. The inscription reads: Here lieth Sir Thomas Bullen, Knight of the Order of the Garter, Erle of Wilscher and Erle or Ormunde, which decessed the 12th dai of Marche in the iere of our Lorde 1538. Earl Wiltshire, Earl Ormonde and Viscount Rochford extinct. His considerable wealth and properties were inherited were his grand-daughter Queen Elizabeth I of England and Ireland (age 5) and his daughter Mary Boleyn (age 40).

On 05 Jul 1765 Charles Powlett 5th Duke Bolton (age 47) committed suicide at Grosvenor Square, Belgravia shooting himself in the head with a pistol.
