On 02 Jan 1801 Edward Stratford 2nd Earl Aldborough (age 65) died. His brother John Stratford 3rd Earl Aldborough (age 61) succeeded 3rd Earl Aldborough, 3rd Viscount Aldborough of Belan in Kildare, 3rd Baron Baltinglass of Wicklow.
