Around 1747 Anne Mills Countess Manvers was born to William Mills of Richmond.
On 14 Mar 1774 Charles Medows aka Pierrepont 1st Earl Manvers (age 36) and Anne Mills Countess Manvers (age 27) were married at St Mary Magdalene Church, Richmond [Map].
On 18 Jan 1775 [her son] Evelyn Henry Frederick Pierrepont was born to [her husband] Charles Medows aka Pierrepont 1st Earl Manvers (age 37) and Anne Mills Countess Manvers (age 28).
On 11 Aug 1778 [her son] Charles Herbert Pierrepont 2nd Earl Manvers was born to [her husband] Charles Medows aka Pierrepont 1st Earl Manvers (age 40) and Anne Mills Countess Manvers (age 31).

On 17 Jun 1816 [her husband] Charles Medows aka Pierrepont 1st Earl Manvers (age 78) died. He was buried at Church of St Edmund, Holme Pierrepoint [Map]. His son [her son] Charles Herbert Pierrepont 2nd Earl Manvers (age 37) succeeded 2nd Earl Manvers, 2nd Viscount Newark, 2nd Baron Pierrepont of Holme Pierrepoint. [her daughter-in-law] Mary Laetitia Eyre Countess Manvers (age 31) by marriage Countess Manvers.
In 1818 [her son] Henry Manvers Pierrepont (age 37) and [her daughter-in-law] Sophia Cecil (age 25) were married. She the daughter of Henry Cecil 1st Marquess Exeter and Sarah Hoggins Countess Exeter. He the son of [her former husband] Charles Medows aka Pierrepont 1st Earl Manvers and Anne Mills Countess Manvers (age 71).
On 30 Jul 1821 [her son-in-law] Henry William Stephens and [her daughter] Frances Augusta Pierrepont were married. She the daughter of [her former husband] Charles Medows aka Pierrepont 1st Earl Manvers and Anne Mills Countess Manvers (age 74).
On or before 30 Aug 1823 Anne Mills Countess Manvers (age 76) died. She was buried at the Church of St Edmund, Holme Pierrepoint [Map].
In or after 1852 the contents of the Crypt of the Church of St Edmund, Holme Pierrepoint [Map] were listed with a diagram by the Reverend James Cleaver, Rector of Holme Pierrepont, as follows:
