She by marriage Baroness Mordaunt. She the daughter of Henry Compton 1st Baron Compton and Anne Spencer Countess Dorset. In 1608 Henry Mordaunt 4th Baron Mordaunt died. His son John Mordaunt 1st Earl Peterborough succeeded 5th Baron Mordaunt.
