In 1505 Thomas Berkeley 6th Baron Berkeley was born to Thomas Berkeley 5th Baron Berkeley (age 33) and Eleanor Constable Baroness Berkeley.
In Sep 1506 [his grandfather] Maurice Berkeley 3rd Baron Berkeley (age 71) died at Berkeley Castle [Map]. He was buried at St Augustine's Abbey, Bristol [Map]. His son [his uncle] Maurice Berkeley 4th Baron Berkeley (age 39) succeeded 4th Baron Berkeley.
On 20 Nov 1518 [his grandfather] Marmaduke Constable (age 61) died after swallowing a frog while drinking a glass of water. He was buried at Church of St Oswald, Flamborough. His tomb in Flamborough church is described by a writer in the ‘Gentleman's Magazine’ of 1753 (p. 456): ‘This epitaph is written on a copper plate fixed into a large stone, which is placed upon a large stone coffin or chest in which the body was reposited, and beside it is the upper part of a skeleton in stone; the ribs project greatly and the breast is laid open, in the inner side of which appears what by tradition is held to be a toad at the heart (of which he was supposed to die), but it bears little or no resemblance of a toad.’ The brass has now been separated from the coin and skeleton, and their connection with each other forgotten (Prickett, Bridlinqton, p. 187).

He was also at Barvik at the winning of the same

At Brankiston Field [Flodden], where the King of Scats was slain
He then being of the age of threescore and ten,
With the good Duke of Norfolk that journey he hath ta'en
And couragely advanced himself among other there and then,
The king being in France with great number of English men.
He, nothing heeding his age there, but Jeoparde him as one
With his sons, brethren, servants, and kinsmen,
But now, as ye see, he lieth under this stone.
In 1526 Thomas Berkeley 6th Baron Berkeley (age 21) and Mary Hastings (age 12) were married. She the daughter of George Hastings 1st Earl Huntingdon (age 39) and Anne Stafford Countess Huntingdon (age 43). They were third cousins. He a great x 5 grandson of King Edward III of England. She a great x 5 granddaughter of King Edward III of England.
In Mar 1532 [his wife] Mary Hastings (age 18) died at Huntington.
On 22 Jan 1533 [his father] Thomas Berkeley 5th Baron Berkeley (age 61) died. His son Thomas Berkeley 6th Baron Berkeley (age 28) succeeded 6th Baron Berkeley.
On 01 Jun 1533 the six months pregnant Queen Anne Boleyn of England (age 32) was crowned Queen Consort England by Archbishop Thomas Cranmer (age 43) at Westminster Abbey [Map]. See Coronation of Anne Boleyn.
John de Vere 15th Earl of Oxford (age 62) bore the Crown. Henry Grey 1st Duke of Suffolk (age 16) carried the Salt. Margaret Wotton Marchioness Dorset (age 46) rode in the procession. William Coffin (age 38) was appointed Master of the Horse. Robert Radclyffe 1st Earl of Sussex (age 50) served as Lord Sewer. Henry Parker (age 20) and William Coffin were knighted. Thomas Berkeley 6th Baron Berkeley (age 28), Thomas Stanley 2nd Baron Monteagle (age 26) and Henry Capell (age 27) were created Knight of the Bath. Margaret Wotton Marchioness Dorset rode in the procession. Arthur Hopton (age 44) attended.
Thomas More (age 55) refused to attend. Shortly thereafter, More was charged with accepting bribes, but the charges had to be dismissed for lack of any evidence.
Anne Braye Baroness Cobham (age 32) was the attendant horsewoman.
Charles Wriothesley (age 25) attended.
Before 19 Sep 1534 Thomas Berkeley 6th Baron Berkeley (age 29) and Anne Savage Baroness Berkeley (age 38) were married. She by marriage Baroness Berkeley. They were half third cousin once removed. He a great x 5 grandson of King Edward III of England.
On 19 Sep 1534 Thomas Berkeley 6th Baron Berkeley (age 29) died at Stone, Aylesbury. He was buried at St John the Baptist Church, Stone. On 26 Nov 1534 His son [his son] Henry Berkeley 7th Baron Berkeley succeeded posthumously 7th Baron Berkeley.
Around 19 Sep 1534 [his daughter] Elizabeth Berkeley Countess Ormonde and Ossory was born to Thomas Berkeley 6th Baron Berkeley (age 29) and [his wife] Anne Savage Baroness Berkeley (age 38).
On 26 Nov 1534 [his son] Henry Berkeley 7th Baron Berkeley was born to Thomas Berkeley 6th Baron Berkeley and [his former wife] Anne Savage Baroness Berkeley (age 38).
In Oct 1546 [his former wife] Anne Savage Baroness Berkeley (age 50) died. She was buried at St Michael's Church, Coventry.
