On 22 Jul 1869 Cecil George Savile Foljambe 1st Earl Liverpool (age 22) and Louise Blanche Howard (age 27) were married. On 21 Feb 1877 Cecil George Savile Foljambe 1st Earl Liverpool (age 30) and Susan Louisa Cavendish Countess Liverpool were married. She was a first cousin of his first wife Louise Blanche Howard.
