She by marriage Queen Consort Denmark, Queen Consort Norway. The difference in their ages was 20 years. She the daughter of [her grandfather] Philip "Handsome Fair" King Castile and [her grandmother] Joanna "The Mad" Trastámara Queen Castile (age 36). He the son of [her grandfather] John King Denmark Norway and Sweden and [her grandmother] Christina Queen Consort Denmark Norway and Sweden (age 53). They were third cousins. She a great x 4 granddaughter of King Edward III of England.
In Nov 1521 Christina Oldenburg Duchess Lorraine was born to Christian II King Denmark II King Norway (age 40) and Isabella of Austria Queen Consort Denmark and Norway (age 20).

On 10 Mar 1538 Philip Hoby (age 33) arrived in Brussels [Map] with Hans Holbein The Younger (age 41) having been sent by Thomas Cromwell 1st Earl Essex (age 53) to procure a portrait of Christina Oldenburg Duchess Lorraine (age 16). King Henry VIII of England and Ireland (age 46) received the protrait on 18 Mar 1538 and was reported to have been pleased.

She has done well in writing to Cromwell (age 53), who was much gratified by her letter. The French ambassadors have had difficulty in getting an interview with the King (age 46), and were ill received; on which the Bishop of Tarbes said to the Venetian secretary he would do his best to promote a peace between the Emperor and France. Next day the Bishop received a present of 500 cr. and 150 cr. for a gentleman of his suite; but he has not yet got his passports, which the King will probably not give till he has heard from Spain. On the same day, the 18th, the painter (age 41) returned with the Duchess' (age 16) likeness, which has pleased the King much, and put him in much better humour. He has been masking and visiting the Duchess of Suffolk (age 19), &c. Does not think, however, that he is pleased at the meeting arranged between the Pope, the Emperor, and Francis. He the son of Antoine Lorraine II Duke Lorraine (age 53) and Renée Bourbon Duchess Lorraine. They were third cousins. She a great x 5 granddaughter of King Edward III of England.
On 18 Feb 1543 [her son] Charles "The Great" Lorraine III Duke Lorraine was born to [her husband] Francis Lorraine I Duke Lorraine (age 25) and Christina Oldenburg Duchess Lorraine (age 21).
On 20 Apr 1544 [her daughter] Renata Lorraine Duchess Bavaria was born to [her husband] Francis Lorraine I Duke Lorraine (age 26) and Christina Oldenburg Duchess Lorraine (age 22).
On 14 Jun 1544 [her father-in-law] Antoine Lorraine II Duke Lorraine (age 55) died. His son [her husband] Francis Lorraine I Duke Lorraine (age 26) succeeded I Duke Lorraine. Christina Oldenburg Duchess Lorraine (age 22) by marriage Duchess Lorraine.
In 1545 [her daughter] Dorothea Lorraine was born to [her husband] Francis Lorraine I Duke Lorraine (age 27) and Christina Oldenburg Duchess Lorraine (age 23).
On 12 Jun 1545 [her husband] Francis Lorraine I Duke Lorraine (age 27) died. His son [her son] Charles "The Great" Lorraine III Duke Lorraine (age 2) succeeded III Duke Lorraine.
In 1559 [her son] Charles "The Great" Lorraine III Duke Lorraine (age 15) and [her daughter-in-law] Claude Valois Duchess Lorraine (age 11) were married. She by marriage Duchess Lorraine. She the daughter of King Henry II of France (age 39) and Catherine Medici Queen Consort France (age 39). He the son of [her former husband] Francis Lorraine I Duke Lorraine and Christina Oldenburg Duchess Lorraine (age 37). They were fourth cousins.
On 22 Feb 1568 [her son-in-law] William Wittelsbach V Duke Bavaria (age 19) and [her daughter] Renata Lorraine Duchess Bavaria (age 23) were married at Munich. She by marriage Duchess Bavaria. She the daughter of [her former husband] Francis Lorraine I Duke Lorraine and Christina Oldenburg Duchess Lorraine (age 46). He the son of Albert V Wittelsbach V Duke Bavaria (age 39) and Anna Habsburg Spain Duchess Bavaria (age 39). They were second cousins.
On 10 Dec 1590 Christina Oldenburg Duchess Lorraine (age 69) died.
