On 03 Jul 1840 Charles Hanbury Tracy 4th Baron Sudeley was born to Thomas Charles Hanbury-Tracy 2nd Baron Sudeley (age 39) and Emma Elizabeth Alicia Dawkins-Pennant Baroness Sudeley.

On 10 Feb 1858 [his grandfather] Charles Hanbury-Tracy 1st Baron Sudeley (age 79) died. In 1877 [his daughter] Alice Eve Hanbury-Tracy was born to Charles Hanbury Tracy 4th Baron Sudeley (age 36) and [his wife] Ada Maria Tollemache Baroness Sudeley (age 28).

On 28 Apr 1877 [his brother] Sudeley Hanbury-Tracy 3rd Baron Sudeley (age 40) died unmarried. His brother Charles Hanbury Tracy 4th Baron Sudeley (age 36) succeeded 4th Baron Sudeley of Toddington in Gloucestershire. On 24 Aug 1889 [his son-in-law] Henry Torrens Anstruther (age 28) and [his daughter] Eva Isabella Hanbury-Tracy (age 20) were married.

In 1898 [his son-in-law] Bertram William Keppel (age 22) and [his daughter] Alice Eve Hanbury-Tracy (age 21) were married. He a great x 5 grandson of King Charles II of England Scotland and Ireland.

On 24 Aug 1905 [his son] William Hanbury-Tracy 5th Baron Sudeley (age 35) and [his daughter-in-law] Edith Celandine Cecil (age 19) were married.

On 19 Dec 1914 [his son] Felix Charles Hanbury-Tracy (age 32) died. He was seriously wounded during an attack on the German trenches at Fromelles, in December 1914, but stoically refused to be carried back from the firing line, on account of the great risk to the stretcher-bearers. News of his fate was confirmed during the Christmas Truce, in the so-called “information interviews,” when German officers told their British counterparts that he had subsequently been brought into the German trenches seriously wounded. He had died two days later and been buried in the German Cemetery at Fromelles.

On 03 Dec 1915 [his son] Algernon Hanbury-Tracy (age 44) died from wounds. He was buried at the Church of St Peter Petersham, Surrey. The inscription on his grave reads: "Sacred to the memory of Algernon Henry Charles Hanbury-Tracy CMG. Major Royal Horse Guards 2nd son of the 4th Baron Sudely and grandson of the Honorable Frederick Tollemache. Died Dec 3 1915 aged 44 years. Served his country with distinction in East Africa 1897-1899, South Africa 1899-1900, Somaliland 1901."

In 1922 [his son] William Hanbury-Tracy 5th Baron Sudeley (age 51) and [his daughter-in-law] Edith Celandine Cecil (age 35) were divorced.

On 09 Dec 1922 Charles Hanbury Tracy 4th Baron Sudeley (age 82) died at Reston Lodge, Petersham. His son [his son] William Hanbury-Tracy 5th Baron Sudeley (age 52) succeeded 5th Baron Sudeley of Toddington in Gloucestershire.

On 06 Jan 1928 [his former wife] Ada Maria Tollemache Baroness Sudeley (age 79) died.
