On 23 May 1749 Christopher Sykes 2nd Baronet was born to Mark Sykes 1st Baronet (age 38) and Decima Woodham.

Before 20 Aug 1771 Christopher Sykes 2nd Baronet (age 22) and Elizabeth Tatton (age 23) were married.

On 20 Aug 1771 [his son] Mark Masterman-Sykes 3rd Baronet was born to Christopher Sykes 2nd Baronet (age 22) and [his wife] Elizabeth Tatton (age 23).

In 1772 [his son] Tatton Sykes 4th Baronet was born to Christopher Sykes 2nd Baronet (age 22) and [his wife] Elizabeth Tatton (age 23).

On 27 Feb 1773 [his brother-in-law] William Tatton Egerton (age 23) and Frances Maria Fountayne (age 22) were married.

On 27 Dec 1777 [his daughter] Elizabeth Sykes was born to Christopher Sykes 2nd Baronet (age 28) and [his wife] Elizabeth Tatton (age 29).

On 26 Oct 1780 [his brother-in-law] William Tatton Egerton (age 31) and Mary Wilbraham-Bootle (age 21) were married.

Before 14 Sep 1783 [his father] Mark Sykes 1st Baronet (age 72) was created 1st Baronet Sykes of Sledmere in Yorkshire. The baronetcy was, apparently, intended for his son Christopher Sykes 2nd Baronet (age 34) who insisted it be given to his father.

On 14 Sep 1783 [his father] Mark Sykes 1st Baronet (age 72) died. His son Christopher Sykes 2nd Baronet (age 34) succeeded 2nd Baronet Sykes of Sledmere in Yorkshire.

Anne Pole: In 1752 she was born to Reginald Pole and Anne Buller. On 20 May 1772 Charles Cocks 1st Baron Somers and she were married. The difference in their ages was 26 years. On 25 Apr 1833 Anne Pole died.

Elizabeth Tatton: On 14 Apr 1748 she was born to William Tatton. Before 20 Aug 1771 Christopher Sykes 2nd Baronet and she were married. On 27 Jul 1803 Elizabeth Tatton died.

On 31 May 1787 [his brother-in-law] William Tatton Egerton (age 38) and Anna Maria Armytage were married.

On 17 Sep 1801 Christopher Sykes 2nd Baronet (age 52) died. His son [his son] Mark Masterman-Sykes 3rd Baronet (age 30) succeeded 3rd Baronet Sykes of Sledmere in Yorkshire.

On 27 Jul 1803 [his former wife] Elizabeth Tatton (age 55) died.
