On 01 Oct 1830 [his grandfather] Frederick Baker 2nd Baronet (age 58) died in a windmill accident. His son [his father] George Baker 3rd Baronet (age 14) succeeded 3rd Baronet Baker of Loventor in Totnes in Devon.

Sir Frederick was showing his children the effect and operations of a windmill near Hastings, when, being very short sighted, he approached nearer than he had an idea of, and one of the flappers instantaneously striking him on the back part of the head, he shortly breathed his last.

On 27 Aug 1882 [his father] George Baker 3rd Baronet (age 66) died. His son [his brother] Frederick Edward Baker aka Rhodes 4th Baronet (age 39) succeeded 4th Baronet Baker of Loventor in Totnes in Devon.

On 30 Apr 1900 [his father-in-law] Lieutenant-General Richard Wilbraham (age 89) died at Rode Hall, Cheshire. Memorial at All Saints Church, Old Rode. He was the last of the male line of Wilbraham's. His estate, including Rode Hall, Cheshire was inherited by his daughter [his wife] Katharine Frances Wilbraham Lady Wilbraham (age 50) and her husband George Barrington Baker Wilbraham 5th Baronet (age 55).

Katharine Frances Wilbraham Lady Wilbraham: On or before 23 May 1849 she was born to Lieutenant-General Richard Wilbraham and Elizabeth Frances Egerton. Coefficient of inbreeding 7.04%. On 04 Apr 1872 George Barrington Baker Wilbraham 5th Baronet and she were married. On 04 Oct 1911 Frederick Edward Baker aka Rhodes 4th Baronet died unmarried. His brother George Barrington Baker Wilbraham 5th Baronet succeeded 5th Baronet Baker of Loventor in Totnes in Devon. She by marriage Lady Baker of Loventor in Totnes in Devon.

On 04 Oct 1911 [his brother] Frederick Edward Baker aka Rhodes 4th Baronet (age 68) died unmarried. His brother George Barrington Baker Wilbraham 5th Baronet (age 66) succeeded 5th Baronet Baker of Loventor in Totnes in Devon. [his wife] Katharine Frances Wilbraham Lady Wilbraham (age 62) by marriage Lady Baker of Loventor in Totnes in Devon.

On 28 Aug 1912 George Barrington Baker Wilbraham 5th Baronet (age 67) died. Memorial at All Saints Church, Old Rode. His son [his son] Philip Wilbraham Baker Wilbraham 6th Baronet (age 36) succeeded 6th Baronet Wilbraham of Loventor in Totnes in Devon. [his daughter-in-law] Joyce Christabel Kennaway Lady Wilbraham (age 35) by marriage Baronet Wilbraham of Loventor in Totnes in Devon.

Philip Wilbraham Baker Wilbraham 6th Baronet: On 17 Sep 1875 he was born to George Barrington Baker Wilbraham 5th Baronet and Katharine Frances Wilbraham Lady Wilbraham. On 08 Aug 1901 Philip Wilbraham Baker Wilbraham 6th Baronet and Joyce Christabel Kennaway Lady Wilbraham were married.

Joyce Christabel Kennaway Lady Wilbraham: On 21 Dec 1876 she was born to John Henry Kennaway 3rd Baronet. On 25 Aug 1958 she died.
