Before 1771 [his father] Henry Vane 1st Baronet (age 43) and [his mother] Frances Tempest (age 29) were married at St Mary-le-Bow Church, Cheapside [Map].
On 25 Jan 1771 Henry Vane-Tempest 2nd Baronet was born to Henry Vane 1st Baronet (age 43) and Frances Tempest (age 30).
On 13 Jul 1782 [his father] Henry Vane 1st Baronet (age 54) was created 1st Baronet Vane of Long Newton in County Durham.
On 29 Jul 1791 Randal William MacDonnell 1st Marquess of Antrim (age 41) died. Marquess of Antrim 2C extinct. His daughter [his future wife] Anne MacDonnell 2nd Countess of Antrim (age 13) succeeded 2nd Countess Antrim 2C, 2nd Viscountess Dunluce.
In 1793 Henry Vane-Tempest 2nd Baronet (age 21) changed his surname to Vane-Tempest to comply with the terms of his maternal uncle's will.
In 1794 Henry Vane-Tempest 2nd Baronet (age 22) was elected MP Durham which seat he held until 1800.
On 07 Jun 1794 [his father] Henry Vane 1st Baronet (age 66) died. His son Henry Vane-Tempest 2nd Baronet (age 23) succeeded 2nd Baronet Vane of Long Newton in County Durham. He was buried at St Mary's Church, Long Newton [Map].
Henry Vane 1st Baronet: In 1728 he was born to George Vane of Long Newton and Ann Machon. Before 1771 Henry Vane 1st Baronet and Frances Tempest were married at St Mary-le-Bow Church, Cheapside. On 13 Jul 1782 Henry Vane 1st Baronet was created 1st Baronet Vane of Long Newton in County Durham.
On 19 Jan 1795 [his mother] Frances Tempest (age 54) died. She was buried at St Mary's Church, Long Newton [Map].
Frances Tempest: In 1741 she was born to John Tempest of Sherburne Durham and Frances Shuttleworth.
On 25 Apr 1799 Henry Vane-Tempest 2nd Baronet (age 28) and Anne MacDonnell 2nd Countess of Antrim (age 21) were married. She the daughter of Randal William MacDonnell 1st Marquess of Antrim.
On 18 Jul 1799 Vice-Admiral Mark Robert Kerr (age 22) and [his sister-in-law] Charlotte MacDonnell 3rd Countess of Antrim (age 19) were married at St George's Church, Hanover Square. She the daughter of Randal William MacDonnell 1st Marquess of Antrim. He the son of William John Kerr 5th Marquess Lothian (age 62) and Elizabeth Fortescue 5th Marchioness Lothian. He a great x 5 grandson of King James I of England and Ireland and VI of Scotland. 
On 17 Jan 1800 [his daughter] Frances Vane Tempest Marchioness Londonderry was born to Henry Vane-Tempest 2nd Baronet (age 28) at St James' Church, Piccadilly.
On 01 Aug 1813 Henry Vane-Tempest 2nd Baronet (age 42) died of apoplexy. Baronet Vane of Long Newton in County Durham extinct. Memorial and vault at St Mary's Church, Long Newton [Map] sculpted by Richard Westmacott (age 38).
In 1834 [his former wife] Anne MacDonnell 2nd Countess of Antrim (age 55) died. Her nephew Hugh Kerr aka McDonnell 4th Earl of Antrim (age 21) succeeded 4th Earl Antrim 2C, 4th Viscount Dunluce.
