On 04 Mar 1866 [his uncle] Henry Lygon 5th Earl Beauchamp (age 37) died of tuberculosis. His brother [his father] Frederick Lygon 6th Earl Beauchamp (age 35) succeeded 6th Earl Beauchamp, 6th Viscount Elmley of Worcestershire.
On 18 Feb 1868 [his father] Frederick Lygon 6th Earl Beauchamp (age 37) and [his step-mother] Emily Annora Charlotte Pierrepont Countess Beauchamp (age 14) were married. She by marriage Countess Beauchamp. The difference in their ages was 22 years. She the daughter of Sydney William Herbert Pierrepont 3rd Earl Manvers (age 43). He the son of Henry Beauchamp Lygon 4th Earl Beauchamp and Susan Caroline Eliot.
On 18 Feb 1868 [his father] Frederick Lygon 6th Earl Beauchamp (age 37) and [his mother] Mary Catherine Stanhope Countess Beauchamp (age 24) were married. She by marriage Countess Beauchamp. She the daughter of Philip Stanhope 5th Earl Stanhope (age 63) and Emily Harriet Countess Stanhope. He the son of Henry Beauchamp Lygon 4th Earl Beauchamp and Susan Caroline Eliot.
On 20 Feb 1872 William Lygon 7th Earl Beauchamp was born to Frederick Lygon 6th Earl Beauchamp (age 41) and Mary Catherine Stanhope Countess Beauchamp (age 28).
On 30 Jun 1876 [his mother] Mary Catherine Stanhope Countess Beauchamp (age 32) died.
On 19 Feb 1891 [his father] Frederick Lygon 6th Earl Beauchamp (age 60) died. His son William Lygon 7th Earl Beauchamp (age 18) succeeded 7th Earl Beauchamp, 7th Viscount Elmley of Worcestershire.

He the son of Frederick Lygon 6th Earl Beauchamp and Mary Catherine Stanhope Countess Beauchamp. They were half third cousin once removed.
On 03 Jul 1903 [his son] William Lygon 8th Earl Beauchamp was born to William Lygon 7th Earl Beauchamp (age 31) and [his wife] Lettice Mary Elizabeth Grosvenor Countess Beauchamp (age 26).
On 02 Nov 1904 [his son] Hugh Patrick Lygon was born to William Lygon 7th Earl Beauchamp (age 32) and [his wife] Lettice Mary Elizabeth Grosvenor Countess Beauchamp (age 27).

On 14 Nov 1938 William Lygon 7th Earl Beauchamp (age 66) died at New York. His son [his son] William Lygon 8th Earl Beauchamp (age 35) succeeded 8th Earl Beauchamp, 8th Viscount Elmley of Worcestershire.
