On 25 Sep 1617 Francis Drake 2nd Baronet was born to Francis Drake 1st Baronet (age 29) and Joan Stroud.
On 02 Aug 1622 [his father] Francis Drake 1st Baronet (age 33) was created 1st Baronet Drake of Buckland in Devon.
On 11 Mar 1637 [his father] Francis Drake 1st Baronet (age 48) died. His son Francis Drake 2nd Baronet (age 19) succeeded 2nd Baronet Drake of Buckland in Devon.
On 18 Jan 1640 Francis Drake 2nd Baronet (age 22) and Dorothy Pym were married at St Margaret's Church, Westminster [Map]. There was no issue from the marriage.
