In 1389 Ralph Boteler 6th and 1st Baron Sudeley was born to Thomas Boteler 4th Baron Sudeley (age 30) and Alice Beauchamp Baroness Sudeley (age 23) at Wem, Shropshire.
On 20 Sep 1398 [his father] Thomas Boteler 4th Baron Sudeley (age 39) died at Bewsey, Lancashire. His son [his brother] John Boteler 5th Baron Sudeley (age 13) succeeded 5th Baron Sudeley.

On 23 Feb 1447 Humphrey Lancaster 1st Duke Gloucester (age 56) died at Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk [Map]. He was possibly poisoned although more likely he died from a stroke. He was buried at St Alban's Cathedral [Map]. Duke Gloucester, Earl Pembroke extinct. His death left England with no heir to the throne in a direct line. Richard Plantagenet 3rd Duke York (age 35) became heir presumptive until the birth of Edward of Westinster Prince of Wales six years later.
In 1449 [his son] Thomas Boteler and [his daughter-in-law] Eleanor Talbot (age 12) were married. She the daughter of John "Old Talbot" Talbot 1st Earl of Shrewsbury (age 66) and Margaret Beauchamp Countess Shrewsbury and Waterford (age 45). They were half third cousin once removed. She a great x 4 granddaughter of King Edward "Longshanks" I of England. 
On 28 Aug 1462 [his wife] Elizabeth Norbury Baroness Sudeley (age 69) died.
In 1463 Ralph Boteler 6th and 1st Baron Sudeley (age 74) and Alice Deincourt 6th Baroness Deincourt, Baroness Lovel and Sudeley (age 58) were married. She by marriage Baroness Sudeley.
On 28 Feb 1463 [his step-son] John Lovell 8th Baron Lovel 5th Baron Holand (age 30) died. On 28 Feb 1463 His son Francis Lovell 1st Viscount Lovell (age 7) succeeded 9th Baron Lovel of Titchmarsh, 6th Baron Holand at around eight years of age. He became a ward of King Edward IV of England (age 20) who gave his wardship to Richard "Kingmaker" Neville Earl Warwick, 6th Earl Salisbury (age 34) spending his childhood at Middleham Castle [Map] with the young (future) King Richard III of England (age 10).
In 1464 [his former brother-in-law] Henry Norbury (age 52) died.
After 1466 Thomas Burdett of Arrow in Warwickshire (age 41) was in the service of John Beauchamp 1st Baron Beauchamp Powick (age 57), Ralph Boteler 6th and 1st Baron Sudeley (age 77) and George York 1st Duke of Clarence (age 16).
Before 02 May 1473 [his son] Thomas Boteler died predeceasing his father John Sudeley 3rd Baron Sudeley who attempted to recover the property settled on Thomas' widow [his former daughter-in-law] Eleanor Talbot.
On 02 May 1473 Ralph Boteler 6th and 1st Baron Sudeley (age 84) died. Baron Sudeley extinct. Baron Sudeley abeyant.
On 10 Feb 1474 [his former wife] Alice Deincourt 6th Baroness Deincourt, Baroness Lovel and Sudeley (age 69) died at Titchmarsh, Northamptonshire. Her grandson Francis Lovell 1st Viscount Lovell (age 18) succeeded 7th Baron Deincourt and the feudal barony of Bedale.
[his son] Thomas Boteler was born to Ralph Boteler 6th and 1st Baron Sudeley and Elizabeth Norbury Baroness Sudeley.
