She by marriage Baroness Byron of Rochdale in Lancashire. The service was conducted by her cousin Thomas Noel (age 41) who was Rector of Kirkby Mallory, Leicestershire.
On 17 Apr 1815 [his brother-in-law] Thomas Noel 2nd Viscount Wentworth (age 69) died without legitmate issue. Viscount Wentworth, Baronet Noel extinct. Baron Wentworth abeyant. His sister [his wife] Judith Noel (age 64) inherited his estates at which time her husband Ralph Milbanke aka Noel 6th Baronet (age 67) changed his name from Milbanke to Noel by Royal Licence.
Before 29 May 1815 Ralph Milbanke aka Noel 6th Baronet (age 67) and [his wife] Judith Noel (age 64) inherited the estates of her brother [his brother-in-law] Thomas Noel 2nd Viscount Wentworth (deceased). On 29 May 1815 he, Ralph, changed his surname from Milbanke to Noel.
On 22 Jan 1822 [his wife] Judith Noel (age 71) died.
On 19 May 1825 Ralph Milbanke aka Noel 6th Baronet (age 77) died. His nephew John Peniston Milbanke 7th Baronet (age 49) succeeded 7th Baronet Milbanke of Halnaby in Yorkshire.
