Before 1717 [his father] John Wrottesley 4th Baronet (age 35) and [his mother] Frances Grey Lady Wrottesley were married. She by marriage Lady Wrottesley of Wrottesley in Staffordshire.

On 19 Jun 1721 Richard Wrottesley 7th Baronet was born to John Wrottesley 4th Baronet (age 39) and Frances Grey Lady Wrottesley.
