Before 1441 William Hody was born to John Hody and Elizabeth Jewel.
On or after 17 Dec 1441 [his father] John Hody died. His will was dated 17 Dec 1441.
In 1472 William Hody (age 31) was elected MP Totnes.
In 1473 [his mother] Elizabeth Jewel died.
In 1483 William Hody (age 42) was elected MP Bridgwater.
In 1485 William Hody (age 44) was appointed Attorney General.
On 29 Oct 1486 William Hody (age 45) was appointed Chief Baron of the Exchequer.
Hall's Chronicle 1522. 10 Feb 1522. The tenth day of February, the Lord Hody (age 81) Chief Baron of the King’s Exchequer gave over his office, and for him was admitted by the Cardinal, master John Fitzjames (age 57), a right honourable man and well learned.
Before 1524 William Hody (age 83) and Eleanor Malet were married.
On 18 Jun 1524 William Hody (age 83) died.
