On 12th June 1876 [his son] Montagu Aubrey Rowley Cholmeley 4th Baronet was born to Hugh Cholmeley 3rd Baronet [aged 36] and [his wife] Edith Sophia Rowley Lady Cholmeley [aged 27]. He married 18th April 1903 Mabel Janetta Waldo-Sibthorp Lady Cholmeley and had issue.
On 8th January 1880 [his mother] Georgiana Beauclerk Lady Cholmeley [aged 71] died.
In 1885 Hugh Cholmeley 3rd Baronet [aged 45] was appointed High Sheriff of Lincolnshire.
On 18th April 1903 [his son] Montagu Aubrey Rowley Cholmeley 4th Baronet [aged 26] and [his daughter-in-law] Mabel Janetta Waldo-Sibthorp Lady Cholmeley [aged 25] were married.

On 26th December 1910 [his former wife] Edith Sophia Rowley Lady Cholmeley [aged 62] died.
