On 13th September 1892 Steven Bilsland 1st Baron Bilsland was born to William Bilsland 1st Baronet [aged 45] and Agnes Anne Steven Lady Bilsland.
On 27th August 1921 [his father] William Bilsland 1st Baronet [aged 74] died. His son Steven [aged 28] succeeded 2nd Baronet Bilsland of Park Circus in Glasgow.
In 1922 Steven Bilsland 1st Baron Bilsland [aged 29] and Amy Janet Colville were married.
On 23rd July 1935 [his mother] Agnes Anne Steven Lady Bilsland died.

The King has been pleased, by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm, bearing date the 31st instant, to confer the dignitiy of a Barony of the United Kingdom upon Sir Alexander Steven Bilsland [aged 57], Baronet, M.C., and the heirs male of his body lawfully begotten, by the name, style and title of Baron Bilsland of Kinrara in the County of Inverness.
In 1955 Steven Bilsland 1st Baron Bilsland [aged 62] was appointed Knight of the Thistle.
On 10th December 1970 Steven Bilsland 1st Baron Bilsland [aged 78] died. Baron Bilsland of Kinrara in Inverness-shire and Baronet Bilsland of Park Circus in Glasgow extinct.
