On 3rd October 1725 [his father] John St Aubyn 3rd Baronet [aged 29] and [his mother] Catherine Morice Lady St Aubyn were married at St James' Church, Piccadilly. She brough £10,000 cash to the marriage, and the manor of Stoke-Damerel, including Devonport.
On 12th November 1726 John St Aubyn 4th Baronet was born to John St Aubyn 3rd Baronet [aged 30] and Catherine Morice Lady St Aubyn.
On 16th June 1740 [his mother] Catherine Morice Lady St Aubyn died. She was buried at St Crewenna's Church, Crowan.
Around 20th August 1744 [his father] John St Aubyn 3rd Baronet [aged 47] died at Pencarrow House, Cornwall. He was buried at St Crewenna's Church, Crowan on 23rd August 1744. His son John [aged 17] succeeded 4th Baronet St Aubyn of Clowance in Cornwall.
In 1747 John St Aubyn 4th Baronet [aged 20] was elected MP Launceston which seat he held until 1754.
In May 1756 John St Aubyn 4th Baronet [aged 29] and Elizabeth Wingfield Lady St Aubyn were married at St James' Church, Piccadilly. She by marriage Lady St Aubyn of Clowance in Cornwall.
On 12th June 1757 [his daughter] Elizabeth St Aubyn was born to John St Aubyn 4th Baronet [aged 30] and [his wife] Elizabeth Wingfield Lady St Aubyn She married in or before 1804 Humphrey Prideaux.
In 1758 John St Aubyn 4th Baronet [aged 31] was elected MP Launceston which seat he held until 1759.
On 17th May 1758 [his son] John St Aubyn 5th Baronet was born to John St Aubyn 4th Baronet [aged 31] and [his wife] Elizabeth Wingfield Lady St Aubyn at Golden Square Soho.

In 1796 [his former wife] Elizabeth Wingfield Lady St Aubyn died.
[his daughter] Hebe Prideaux was born to John St Aubyn 4th Baronet and Elizabeth Wingfield Lady St Aubyn She married before 20th October 1819 Edmund Prideaux.
[his daughter] Catherine St Aubyn was born to John St Aubyn 4th Baronet and Elizabeth Wingfield Lady St Aubyn She married 18th June 1790 her first cousin Reverend John Molesworth, son of John Molesworth 5th Baronet and Barbara St Aubyn Lady Molesworth, and had issue.
