In 1613 [his wife] Jane Bampfield died.
Before 25th September 1617 Francis Drake 1st Baronet [aged 29] and Joan Stroud were married.
On 25th September 1617 [his son] Francis Drake 2nd Baronet was born to Francis Drake 1st Baronet [aged 29] and [his wife] Joan Stroud. He married 18th January 1640 Dorothy Pym.
In 1620 [his son] Thomas Drake was born to Francis Drake 1st Baronet [aged 31] and [his wife] Joan Stroud. He married in or before 1642 Susan Crymes and had issue.
