On 25 Jun 1656 John Reade 1st Baronet (age 40) was recreated Baronet Reade of Brocket Hall in Hertfordshire by Oliver Cromwell (age 57) since the earlier creation was not recognised.
On 03 Feb 1694 John Reade 1st Baronet (age 78) died. He was buried on 06 Feb 1694 in the Brocket Chapel at St Elthreda's Church, Bishop's Hatfield. His son James Reade 2nd Baronet (age 38) succeeded 2nd Baronet Reade of Brocket Hall in Hertfordshire. Love Dring Lady Reade (age 39) by marriage Lady Reade of Brocket Hall in Hertfordshire.
On 16 Oct 1701 James Reade 2nd Baronet (age 46) died. He was buried on 21 Oct 1701 in the Brocket Chapel at St Elthreda's Church, Bishop's Hatfield. His son John Reade 3rd Baronet (age 10) succeeded 3rd Baronet Reade of Brocket Hall in Hertfordshire.
On 22 Feb 1712 John Reade 3rd Baronet (age 21) died of smallpox unmarried at Rome in exile having become a Jacobite. He was buried on 11 Jun 1712 in the Brocket Chapel at St Elthreda's Church, Bishop's Hatfield. Baronet Reade of Brocket Hall in Hertfordshire extinct.

Some sources give the date as 09 Jun 1684 which is inconsistent with the birth of their first son Winwood Reade 3rd Baronet on 25 Jul 1682.
On 04 Sep 1691 Edward Reade 2nd Baronet (age 32) died. He was buried at St Mary the Virgin Church, Shipton-under-Wychwood. His son Winwood Reade 3rd Baronet (age 9) succeeded 3rd Baronet Reade of Barton in Berkshire.

On 14 Jan 1868 John Chandos Reade 7th Baronet (age 83) died. He was buried at St Philip's Church, Little Rollright. His will makes no mention of any relative, but (to the exclusion of his heir at law) devises the Shipton Court estate and (with trifling exception) all his real and personal estate to Joseph Wakefield, apparently his servant, whom he directs to take his name. The will was declared valid, and pr. 24 June 1868 when the devise took effect. His great nephew Chandos Stanhope Reade 8th Baronet (age 16) succeeded 8th Baronet Reade of Barton in Berkshire.
On 11 Mar 1880 Chandos Stanhope Reade 8th Baronet (age 28) and Emma Elizabeth Conway Griffith were married at St George's Church, Hanover Square. She by marriage Lady Reade of Barton in Berkshire.
On 28 Jan 1890 Chandos Stanhope Reade 8th Baronet (age 38) died at Meldreth. His first cousin George Compton Reade 9th Baronet (age 44) succeeded 9th Baronet Reade of Barton in Berkshire. Melissa Ray Lady Reade by marriage Lady Reade of Barton in Berkshire.
