In 1743 she was born to Matthew Lamb 1st Baronet and Charlotte Coke.
On 29 May 1766 Henry Belasyse 2nd Earl Fauconberg and she were married. She by marriage Countess Fauconberg. He the son of Thomas Belasyse 1st Earl Fauconberg.
In 1790 Charlotte Lamb Countess Fauconberg died.
On 23 Mar 1802 Henry Belasyse 2nd Earl Fauconberg (age 59) died without male issue. Earl Fauconberg extinct. His second cousin Rowland Belasyse 6th Viscount Fauconberg (age 52) succeeded 6th Viscount Faunconberg, 7th Baronet Belasyse of Newborough.
