On 30 Aug 1700 Richard Cust 1st Baronet (age 78) died. His grandson [his father] Richard Cust 2nd Baronet (age 19) succeeded 2nd Baronet Cust of Stamford in Lincolnshire.
Before 1717 [his father] Richard Cust 2nd Baronet (age 36) and [his mother] Anne Brownlow Lady Cust (age 22) were married. She by marriage Lady Cust of Stamford in Lincolnshire.
On 29 Aug 1718 John Cust 3rd Baronet was born to Richard Cust 2nd Baronet (age 37) and Anne Brownlow Lady Cust (age 24).
On 25 Jul 1734 [his father] Richard Cust 2nd Baronet (age 53) died. He was buried at St George's Church, Stamford. His son John Cust 3rd Baronet (age 15) succeeded 3rd Baronet Cust of Stamford in Lincolnshire.

On 08 Dec 1743 John Cust 3rd Baronet (age 25) and Etheldreda Payne Lady Cust (age 23) were married. She by marriage Lady Cust of Stamford in Lincolnshire.
On 03 Dec 1744 [his son] Brownlow Cust 1st Baron Brownlow was born to John Cust 3rd Baronet (age 26) and [his wife] Etheldreda Payne Lady Cust (age 24).
On 27 Feb 1754 [his uncle] John Brownlow 1st Viscount Tyconnel (age 63) died. Viscount Tyconnel, Baronet Brownlow of Humby in Lincolnshire extinct. John Cust 3rd Baronet (age 35) inherited Belton House [Map].
In 1761 John Cust 3rd Baronet (age 42) was elected Speaker of the House of Commons.
In 1762 John Cust 3rd Baronet (age 43) was appointed Privy Council.
On 24 Jan 1770 John Cust 3rd Baronet (age 51) died. His son [his son] Brownlow Cust 1st Baron Brownlow (age 25) succeeded 4th Baronet Cust of Stamford in Lincolnshire and inherited Belton House [Map].
