Biography of John Hamner 3rd Baronet -1701
In 1624 [his grandfather] John Hamner 1st Baronet (age 34) died. His son [his father] Thomas Hanmer 2nd Baronet (age 12) succeeded 2nd Baronet Hamner of Hamner in Flintshire.
On or before 20 Feb 1632 [his father] Thomas Hanmer 2nd Baronet (age 20) and [his mother] Elizabeth Baker Lady Hamner (age 22) were married. She by marriage Lady Hamner of Hamner in Flintshire.
After 20 Feb 1632 John Hamner 3rd Baronet was born to Thomas Hanmer 2nd Baronet (age 20) and Elizabeth Baker Lady Hamner (age 22).
Before 22 Nov 1646 [his mother] Elizabeth Baker Lady Hamner (age 36) died. The date based on the date of the second marriage of her husband [his father] Thomas Hanmer 2nd Baronet (age 34) to [his step-mother] Susan Hervey Lady Hamner (age 34).
On 22 Nov 1646 [his father] Thomas Hanmer 2nd Baronet (age 34) and [his step-mother] Susan Hervey Lady Hamner (age 34) were married. She by marriage Lady Hamner of Hamner in Flintshire.
In 1659 John Hamner 3rd Baronet (age 26) was elected MP Flint Boroughs.
On 09 Aug 1660 John Hamner 3rd Baronet (age 28) was knighted.
In 1664 John Hamner 3rd Baronet (age 31) was appointed High Sheriff of Gloucestershire.
In Oct 1669 John Hamner 3rd Baronet (age 37) was elected MP Evesham.
In 1678 [his father] Thomas Hanmer 2nd Baronet (age 66) died. His son John Hamner 3rd Baronet (age 45) succeeded 3rd Baronet Hamner of Hamner in Flintshire.
In 1681 John Hamner 3rd Baronet (age 48) was elected MP Flintshire.
In 1685 and 1689 John Hamner 3rd Baronet (age 56) was elected MP Flint Boroughs.

Warrant to [ Viscount Sydney] to allow to Sir John Hanmer (age 61), bart., 200l. for the extraordinary charges he was at in going from Dublin to Cork, and shipping the English, Irish and Danes there, and in surveying and repairing the works at Cork. In Aug 1701 John Hamner 3rd Baronet (age 69) was killed in a duel (probably). His nephew Thomas Hanmer 4th Baronet (age 23) succeeded 4th Baronet Hamner of Hamner in Flintshire. Isabella Bennet Duchess Grafton (age 33) by marriage Lady Hamner of Hamner in Flintshire.
