Margaret Bourchier 1st Baroness Bryan [aged 48] was created 1st Baroness Bryan and appointed the child's governess. Catherine York Countess Devon [aged 36] was her godmother. She married 25th July 1554 her first cousin once removed Philip "The Prudent" II King Spain, son of Charles V Holy Roman Emperor and Isabel Aviz Queen Consort Spain.
