On 21st September 1619 John Wray 3rd Baronet was born to John Wray 2nd Baronet [aged 32] and Grisilla Bethell Lady Glentworth [aged 30].
Around April 1635 John Wray 3rd Baronet [aged 15] was educated at Magdalene College aka Buckingham, Cambridge University.
In 1636 John Wray 3rd Baronet [aged 16] was awarded Master of Arts: Cambridge University.
Before 1646 Simonds D'Ewes 1st Baronet [aged 43] and [his future wife] Elizabeth Willoughby Lady D'Ewes and Glentworth [aged 20] were married. She by marriage Lady D'Ewes of Stowlangtoft Hall. The difference in their ages was 22 years.
On 23rd January 1652 John Wray 3rd Baronet [aged 32] and Elizabeth Willoughby Lady D'Ewes and Glentworth [aged 27] were married. She by marriage Lady Wray of Glentworth in Lincolnshire.
In January 1653 [his mother] Grisilla Bethell Lady Glentworth [aged 64] died.
In 1654 John Wray 3rd Baronet [aged 34] was elected MP Lincolnshire during the First Protectorate Parliament.
On 3rd November 1655 [his wife] Elizabeth Willoughby Lady D'Ewes and Glentworth [aged 30] died.
On 31st December 1655 [his father] John Wray 2nd Baronet [aged 69] died. His son John [aged 36] succeeded 3rd Baronet Wray of Glentworth in Lincolnshire.

In 1536, two weeks after the execution of Anne Boleyn, her brother George and four others, Lancelot du Carle, wrote an extraordinary letter that described Anne's life, and her trial and execution, to which he was a witness. Before 26th September 1662 [his son] John Wray was born to John Wray 3rd Baronet [aged 43] and [his wife] Sarah Evelyn Viscountess Fanshawe and Castleton [aged 20]. He died aged less than one years old.
Before 23rd December 1662 [his son] John Wray died. John Wray was buried at St Michael's Church, Glentworth [Map].
Before 27th February 1663 [his daughter] Elizabeth Wray was born to John Wray 3rd Baronet [aged 43] and [his wife] Sarah Evelyn Viscountess Fanshawe and Castleton [aged 21]. On 27th February 1663 Elizabeth Wray was baptised.
On 29th October 1664 John Wray 3rd Baronet [aged 45] died. He was buried at St Michael's Church, Glentworth [Map]. His brother Christoper [aged 43] succeeded 4th Baronet Wray of Glentworth in Lincolnshire.
Around 1665 Thomas Fanshawe 2nd Viscount Fanshawe [aged 33] and [his former wife] Sarah Evelyn Viscountess Fanshawe and Castleton [aged 23] were married.
After 1674 George Saunderson 5th Viscount Castleton [aged 42] and Sarah Evelyn Viscountess Fanshawe and Castleton [aged 32] were married. His second wife, her third husband. She by marriage Viscountess Castleton.
In 1717 [his former wife] Sarah Evelyn Viscountess Fanshawe and Castleton [aged 75] died.
