On 02 Jun 1779 [his father] Thomas Cholmondeley (age 52) died. He was buried at Minshull Church.

On 24 Jul 1789 Watkin Williams-Wynn 4th Baronet (age 39) died. His son [his future brother-in-law] Watkin Williams-Wynn 5th Baronet (age 16) succeeded 5th Baronet Williams of Gray's Inn.

In 1792 Thomas Cholmondeley 1st Baron Delamere (age 24) was appointed High Sheriff of Cheshire.

In 1796 Thomas Cholmondeley 1st Baron Delamere (age 28) was elected MP Cheshire.

In 1806 [his future brother-in-law] Charles Williams-Wynn (age 30) and Mary Cunliffe (age 24) were married. They had two sons and five daughters.

On 17 Dec 1810 Thomas Cholmondeley 1st Baron Delamere (age 43) and Henrietta Elizabeth Williams-Wynn Baroness Delamere were married.

On 03 Oct 1811 [his son] Hugh Cholmondeley 2nd Baron Delamere was born to Thomas Cholmondeley 1st Baron Delamere (age 44) and [his wife] Henrietta Elizabeth Williams-Wynn Baroness Delamere.

On 30 Sep 1813 [his brother-in-law] Henry Watkin Williams-Wynn (age 30) and Hester Frances Smith (age 23) were married.

On 04 Jan 1817 [his son] Thomas Cholmondeley was born to Thomas Cholmondeley 1st Baron Delamere (age 49) and [his wife] Henrietta Elizabeth Williams-Wynn Baroness Delamere.

On 04 Feb 1817 [his brother-in-law] Watkin Williams-Wynn 5th Baronet (age 44) and Henrietta Antonia Clive Lady Williams-Wynn were married. She by marriage Lady Williams of Gray's Inn. She the daughter of Edward Clive 1st Earl Powis (age 62) and Henrietta Antonia Herbert 3rd Countess Powis (age 58). She a great x 4 granddaughter of King James II of England Scotland and Ireland.

On 10 Aug 1817 [his son] Thomas Cholmondeley died.

On 04 Aug 1818 [his son] Thomas Cholmondeley was born to Thomas Cholmondeley 1st Baron Delamere (age 50) and [his wife] Henrietta Elizabeth Williams-Wynn Baroness Delamere.

On 15 Jun 1820 [his son] Henry Pitt Cholmondeley was born to Thomas Cholmondeley 1st Baron Delamere (age 52) and [his wife] Henrietta Elizabeth Williams-Wynn Baroness Delamere at Whitegate.

On 27 May 1826 [his son] Charles Watkin Cholmondeley was born to Thomas Cholmondeley 1st Baron Delamere (age 58) and [his wife] Henrietta Elizabeth Williams-Wynn Baroness Delamere.

On 06 Jan 1840 [his brother-in-law] Watkin Williams-Wynn 5th Baronet (age 67) died. His son Watkin Williams-Wynn 6th Baronet (age 19) succeeded 6th Baronet Williams of Gray's Inn.

On 18 Mar 1844 [his son] Charles Watkin Cholmondeley (age 17) died.

In 1848 [his son] Hugh Cholmondeley 2nd Baron Delamere (age 36) and [his daughter-in-law] Sarah Hay-Drummond (age 20) were married. She the daughter of Thomas Hay-Drummond 11th Earl Kinnoull (age 62) and Louisa Burton Rowley Countess Kinnoul.

On 04 May 1848 [his son] Henry Pitt Cholmondeley (age 27) and [his daughter-in-law] Mary Leigh (age 20) were married at Stoneleigh [Map].

On 02 Sep 1850 [his brother-in-law] Charles Williams-Wynn (age 74) died.

On 30 Oct 1855 Thomas Cholmondeley 1st Baron Delamere (age 88) died. On 30 Oct 1855 His son [his son] Hugh Cholmondeley 2nd Baron Delamere (age 44) succeeded 2nd Baron Delamere of Vale Royal in Cheshire.
