On 25th September 1740 [his father] Danvers Osborn 3rd Baronet [aged 24] and [his mother] Mary Montagu [aged 22] were married. She the daughter of [his grandfather] George Montagu 1st Earl Halifax and [his grandmother] Mary Lumley Countess Halifax.
On 10th May 1742 George Osborn 4th Baronet was born to Danvers Osborn 3rd Baronet [aged 26] and Mary Montagu [aged 24].
In 1743 [his mother] Mary Montagu [aged 25] died in childbirth, or soon after childbirth.
On 12th October 1753 [his father] Danvers Osborn 3rd Baronet [aged 37] committed suicide at New York. His body was found in the garden of the house in which he was lodged, which belonged to a local councilman. The body presented evidence of strangulation. His son George [aged 11] succeeded 4th Baronet Osborn of Chicksands in Bedfordshire.
Before 3rd December 1772 George Osborn 4th Baronet [aged 30] and Elizabeth Bannister [aged 26] were married.
On 3rd December 1772 [his son] John Osborn 5th Baronet was born to George Osborn 4th Baronet [aged 30] and [his wife] Elizabeth Bannister [aged 26]. He married in or before 1813 Frederica Louisa Davers, daughter of Charles Davers 6th Baronet, and had issue.
On 16th March 1773 [his wife] Elizabeth Bannister [aged 27] died.
On 30th November 1780 George Osborn 4th Baronet [aged 38] was elected MP Horsham at a by-election.
In or before 1813 John Osborn 5th Baronet [aged 40] and Frederica Louisa Davers were married. They had five sons and three daughters.

Before 29th June 1818 George Osborn 4th Baronet [aged 76] and Heneage Finch Lady Osborn [aged 76] were married. She by marriage Lady Osborn of Chicksands in Bedfordshire. She the daughter of Daniel Finch 8th Earl Winchilsea 3rd Earl Nottingham and Mary Palmer Countess Winchelsea and Nottingham. They were fifth cousins.
On 29th June 1818 George Osborn 4th Baronet [aged 76] died. His son John [aged 45] succeeded 5th Baronet Osborn of Chicksands in Bedfordshire.
On 4th May 1820 [his former wife] Heneage Finch Lady Osborn [aged 78] died.
